Ambasto.com is the controller of the processing of all personal data that fall within the scope of this Privacy Statement. This Privacy & Cookie Statement applies to all personal information collected and used by the ambasto entity responsible for the relevant part of the website. Ambasto respects your privacy and complies with the provisions of the Dutch Act on the Processing of Personal Data and applicable EU-privacy legislation.

Data processors
When a third party processes your personal data solely following ambasto instructions, it acts as a data processor. We enter into an agreement with such a data processor for the processing of personal data. In this agreement we include obligations to ensure that your personal data are processed by the data processor solely to provide services to us.

If you choose to share our website or apps through social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Twitter, your personal data (such as your name and the fact that you are interested in ambasto) will also be visible to all the visitors of your personal webpage on LinkedIn, Facebook and/or Twitter. Ambasto is not responsible for the processing of personal data or the privacy policy of such social media websites.

Retention period
Ambasto will not retain the personal data that are obtained through this website for longer than necessary, unless the data has to be kept for a longer period according to applicable law.
